The short version: Use Excel2Forms lawfully, respect the people completing your forms, protect your account, and do not abuse the service.
01Using the service
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.
02Your forms and data
You retain ownership of the form content and responses you lawfully collect. You grant Excel2Forms permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect personal information and for providing any notices or obtaining any consent required for your forms.
03Acceptable use
You may not use Excel2Forms to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; send spam; impersonate others; collect passwords or payment-card details through ordinary form fields; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or create deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful forms.
04Plans and limits
The Free and Pro plans include the limits displayed in the product at the time of purchase. Usage resets monthly. We may prevent new forms or responses after a plan limit is reached. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing controls.
05Payments and cancellation
Stripe processes web subscription payments. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. You may cancel a web subscription from the billing portal; access to paid features generally continues until the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
06Availability and changes
We work to keep Excel2Forms dependable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Material changes that reduce a paid plan will receive reasonable notice when practical.
07Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, create security risk, or threaten the service or other people. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
08Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Excel2Forms does not promise that every workbook will convert perfectly or that the service will be uninterrupted. Review every form before publishing it.
To the extent permitted by law, Excel2Forms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
